Appliances/White goods are picked up by appointment only. Please call Coastal Recycling at 1-800-266-3188 to schedule your FREE PICKUP.
Items picked up include stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, refrigerators (doors removed), air conditioners, water heaters, etc…
Coastal Recycling will pick up your appliance in a large box truck clearly marked with Coastal’s name and logo. If you see someone other than Coastal take your item, please contact the Burrillville Police Department or the Department of Public Works with a detailed description of the vehicle, and if possible, the license plate number. Coastal will NEVER pick up your appliance in an unmarked pickup truck or other vehicle. When a picker takes/steals your appliance, he sells the metal to a metal recycler and keeps the money. When Coastal picks up the item, the money from recycling the metal comes back to the Town.
