Meetings
Regular meetings of the Burrillville Town Council are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council chambers, Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI 02830.
Public hearings, workshops and special meetings are scheduled as needed.
Any request for an item to be placed on the agenda must be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday before a Wednesday meeting. Items for consideration by the Council should include name, address and telephone number of the person (or contact person(s) for a group asking) to be included on the agenda and should be accompanied by supporting documentation for review by the Councilors prior to the meeting whenever possible.
The Town of Burrillville will provide accommodations needed to ensure equal participation. Please contact the Burrillville Town Clerk at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting so arrangements can be made to provide such assistance at no cost to the person requesting it. A request for this service can be made in writing or by calling (401) 568-4300 (voice) or “via RI Relay 1-800-745-5555” (TTY).
