MEETING of the Screening Subcommittee of the Burrillville Town Council to be held Thursday December 1, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville, RI.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilors Edward J. Blanchard, Wallace F. Lees and David J. Place.
MEMBERS ABSENT:
Business to be considered and acted on:
1. Approve the minutes of the subcommittee meeting held November 3, 2011.
2. Conduct interviews for various boards.
• Kevin H. Mazzarella-Reappointment to Recreation Commission
• Timothy F. Pratt-Reappointment to Recreation Commission
3. Review and act on reapplications from various board members.
4. Review and act on vacancies for various boards.
• Recreation Commission – One Alternate
• Narcotics Guidance Council – One Member
• Budget Board -- One Alternate
5. Consider and act on setting a new schedule for Screening Subcommittee and approving the meeting schedule for 2012.
6. Consider and act on a motion to receive and file correspondence from the Library Board of Trustees.
7. Other business.
