MEETING of the Ordinance Subcommittee of the Town Council to be held Monday, December 5, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. in the Town Building, 105 Harrisville Main St., Harrisville, RI 02830.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilors Nancy F. Binns, Margaret L. Dudley and Kevin D. Heitke
OTHERS PRESENT: Fire Chiefs Joe Bertholic, Robert Bishop, John DeFusco, Gus Eddy and Mark St. Pierre
MEMBERS ABSENT:
1. That the question of accepting the minutes of the regular meeting of the Ordinance Subcommittee held on November 10, 2011, and the question of dispensing with the reading of said minutes; be now taken up.
2. Recommendation of Councilor Kevin D. Heitke that the Ordinance Subcommittee review, consider and act on changes to town ordinances to better define fire permits and the fines therefore.
3. Review, consider and act on recommended ordinance: historic stone wall protection and preservation.
4. Consideration and discussion of a process for implementing ratification of collective bargaining agreements under School Committee jurisdiction.
5. Review, consideration and action relative to Sec. 2-112. – Capital project program.
6. Review and discuss the items proposed for future meetings
a. Post Construction Storm Water Control (tabled for future consideration)
b. Other items for future meetings
7. Adjournment
